These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiwin ("jiwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiwin online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at jiwin.net (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jiwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiwin or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by jiwin or its affiliates.

jiwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jiwin may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the jiwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jiwin account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jiwin account.
• Notify jiwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jiwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jiwin of unauthorized access in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.

jiwin supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jiwin's discretion.

All transactions on the jiwin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. jiwin does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jiwin account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jiwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by jiwin within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• jiwin reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit supporting documentation as part of this process.
• jiwin reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact jiwin support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

jiwin offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all jiwin bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. jiwin reserves the right to withhold bonus credits from accounts under review or subject to restrictions.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• jiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each game available on the jiwin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the jiwin Platform use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by jiwin or any third party. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers and streamed in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jiwin's records of the game state at the time of the error shall be the definitive reference for resolving any dispute. jiwin reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and refund the wager amount to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiwin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jiwin support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiwin staff or other players through any communication channel.

jiwin reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

jiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jiwin players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without jiwin's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jiwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jiwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

jiwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jiwin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon voluntary account closure or termination without cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may request voluntary closure of your jiwin account at any time by contacting jiwin support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

jiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiwin will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiwin Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or account transactions, jiwin's internal records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in dispute, subject to your right to present contrary evidence.
